Cycling is a 45-minute traditional indoor cycling class. Throughout the class our experienced instructors bring you through a series of hills, intervals and sprints, encouraging you to push yourself, and challenging yourself each step of the way to achieve your individual goal.
Bike & Ball is a half-cycling, half-core training using a stability ball.
Mixed Muscle Madness is a calorie burning, lean-muscle mass building blast of a workout! 30 Minutes of cycling to stoke your metabolism followed by 30 minutes of resistance training & core work.
