The nutrition programs at Sona are fantastic. When I went to Sona for the first time I was overweight and had lower back pain. Every one of the coaches was very nice and I felt understood. All the coaches adjusted the workouts to fit my needs because of back pain. As a result I lost some weight and became much stronger. I am now pain free. I participated in the January nutrition challenge and that really helped kick start my weight loss which was about 10 pounds in 28 days. This is a great place to get in shape and lose weight.
