I have always enjoyed playing competitive sports and still do, dodgeball, volleyball sign me up unless of course my boys have a game- I’m their biggest fan! After playing lacrosse in college where practice and lifting sessions were a scheduled part of my day, I struggled to find a way to stay in shape. I also learned that the sports had taken a toll my lower back and I needed to find a low impact workout which lead me to a love of indoor cycling. Three years ago, I decided to become a Mad Dogg Certified Spinning Instructor which allows me to maintain that active lifestyle as well as share my passion and help others embrace fitness.
By day I am a full time speech pathologist in a local school district, I have two amazing sons and a wonderful husband. When I am not teaching or taking other fitness classes, I enjoy reading, dancing, and spending time with my family.
